Right.  Sleeper was a large part of the attraction.   And, yes, I thought I remembered frr talking very positively about it.  Price is low enough (not worth selling) that I’d just as soon roll them over, too, just to keep interest in the property, but one-for-eight means I get hosed again!

Great idea.  Happens to me all the time.  I usually fumble around and tell them I’m better at reading and understanding it than explaining it, especially to someone who has no idea.  Looking for a succint summary.  (note: started here before seeing all the replies in so far.  Good work to those who have responded)   (Back to Fully… by the way, what are you going to do about X-Cal?  I, too, have been holding it for a long time.)  (frr, if you see this… don’t I recall that you know a lot about it?  Any thoughts for us?)

That was a terrific rendition of My Generation; the whole band was on top of it.  Wonder whether the tension between Tommy S. and the band was real or put on…

Have seen a number of those haka clips on youtube.  The one I like best was All Blacks vs. Wallabies from I think mid-2000′s. The All Blacks went through their routine, the camera back and forth from them to the Wallabies watching.  At the end, and it was priceless, one of the biggest Wallabies just rolled his eyes, smirked, shook his head… all to say, yeah, right, bring it on.  I realize that real haka, with real warriors might be intimidating, but if I were a big, tough rugby player myself, I think I would find it empty grandstanding just like NFL football players posturing after a big play.
